I worked with Jennifer No as my lender, prior to her writting my home loan I closed several loans with her for my clients and I was impressed by her knowledge and her concern for all my clients needs and wants. I am pleased to say I received the same EXCELLENT service from her, she treated me just as she does with all her client even though I am in the profession, explained all my loan options, interest rates, received insurance quotes for me, etc. One thing I really think makes the process run so stress free is her communication, she sends end of the week email updates (as well as daily updates as progress is made). I am so lucky to have met Jennifer on Facebook! She has been helpful from day 1 and never pushed her services on us. She has been very upfront and honest and is a genuine person. It was a crazy road but we always felt she was on our side and waned the best for us. As first time homebuyers, it's a very nerve wracking process and we have had so many questions for her. Never did she lose her patience with us. However, she did share her excitement for us. I cannot believe how above and beyond she went for us.
